Welcome to the Berks County
Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association

The Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association is chartered through the main Penn State Alumni Association and serves any Penn State Alumni in the Berks County area. However, you do not need to be a member of the Alumni Association to be a member of the Berks County Chapter. Membership is open to any alumni, family of alumni, faculty, staff, students, or friends of Penn State and many of our events are open not only to our members, but also to any Penn State Alumni or friends of the University.

Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association Event Refund Policy

If you cancel your paid reservation for any event hosted by the Penn State Berks Alumni Society, Penn State Berks Office of Alumni Relations, Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, or the Penn State Berks Blue & White Society, please note our refund policy below.

  • Cancel Prior to 45 days from event start date = 100% Refund
  • Cancel 45 days to 21 days prior to event start date = 50% Refund
  • Cancel less than 21 days prior to event start date = No Refund
  • All refunds will be processed after the event date.
